As you can read on the original page, "Prem" is the name of the woman in this scene:

In my opinion, that's why Prem should be tagged as a name instead of part of the title. I'm not sure about this - "indexxx" and "the nude" both did not mention/categorize her by name at all. And Hegre also announced it as such on twitter:

However, I think that's all because of a mistake on Hegre's website. When you watch the actual credits on the video at the start, it's obvious that this is her name and not part of the title.
