I've got an answer, but you're probably not going to like it too much! This is likely from All Her Sufferings by PKF Studios. The evidence is strong:
1. The bedding and blanket match perfectly. As bedding changes frequently with each PKF video, this is important.

2. So does the floor, and: 3. You can see the ropes that were used on her later in the video.
4. You can see that the blood patterns look very approximately the same as they do above later in the video. She also wakes up then, corroborating the above footage.
5. The actress seems to be the same.
Unfortunately, the video is deprecated, and no longer on the PKF site. Most links on the internet lead nowhere. One link leads to the presumable sole remaining instance of the video, locked behind fileboom premium (that may or may not exist; the one that Yandex was locking behind premium did not.)
