In regards to their names - I used pimeyes to find their "real" porn names, and it was quite simple.

1.) Back then, Mel aka Slyyy already had a unique tattoo on her right pubis/pelvis, the word "Angel." You can spot it in a few of the pics from the photoset - for example (this is pic 51 out of 128):



When you look up pictures and videos of her, you'll spot the same tattoo. At the start of her porn career in 2003, she did a "main studio" scene for RealityKings as Gina, but after that, she did a lot of stuff for "independent" (bondage/fetish) studios. Check out her store on clips4sale.
