The reason is very simple and very odd: The OP originally uploaded a (now deleted) clip from PornHub with the title A Sweet Loving Cuckold, duration 27:02 min. I couldn't find a streaming copy for OPs upload, so I downloaded it instead.

When you watch it, you'll notice that someone took the original footage and edited it immensely. During the whole scene, a female voice is narrating some stuff to get you aroused, and you'll see words appear on the footage from time to time. And there are many obvious cuts and I think some repetition.

But the most interesting part: Inbetween the footage of this scene, someone put a few short sequences of another scene into this new "collage" that are not original to this specific scene. These short snippets are also from a scene with Bella Blond and Nick Wolanski that was released a month before on SexArt, titled What Happens When - Episode 3.

And, as bad luck will have it: The original screencapture from this NTP here is from this other scene! I made a screenshot from the scenecapture of OPs upload that shows the dilemma:

The two pics at the bottom with the red arrows are from the other scene What Happens When - Episode 3 - and the rest of the pics is from Vintage Collection - Berlin. The OP was most likely looking for the latter one, but I guess it doesn't hurt to watch both...
