Said old answer was marked correct by a moderator like yourself. I've shared what I could find which I believe is helpful to OP or even anybody willing to search further. Why post an answer? Because that helps I suppose? It seems it might never be fully answered, so I provided what there is to know (which, again, was good enough in previous answer). I would be glad if someone used what I've provided to bring in more info, but instead this asshole copy-pasted my apparently unappreciated answer.
