Does anyone know this film?

I unfortunately only have a little snippet of the film and a few screenshots, which lead me to believe this might "just" be softcore porn. It looks old, maybe 70s or 80s, but I can't be entirely sure. The snippet I have was intercut with a group of guys where one of them is playing the German song "Ich hatt' einen Kameraden" on a trumpet, if that helps. The film is also in German, though there are English subtitles in the snippet I found. The two lines of dialogue I have unfortunately are far too generic to return any search results.
If someone could name the actress / the actor in the screenshot, that would already be a big help as well, since they look like main characters.
