It absolutely is Ariel Demure (TOP) with Tsvalencia (BOTTOM) aka Tsvalenciaof.
She is wearing the same necklace and rings in these photos as in the OP's photo.
There is a longer version of the 32 second clip depicted in the OP's photo and it can be found on Ariel's OnlyFans page as a subscribing member. The video was captured on a cellphone in vertical format, so it obviously was not professionally produced and is entirely similar to other leaked OF content she has made personally.

With that info, I did a little more searching and found the name of the other trans in the video. A little more searching revealed a few other short clips from the video you are seeking. Since this thread is closed and marked correct, what I did is uploaded them to a dropbox folder which includes all the short clips I found, a 2-minute edited clip containing all clips in order of how they would have happened in the full video, and finally a couple of screenshots of the emails between myself and Ariel.
