This one is insane - the name of the actress is not credited and it seems nobody is willing (or perhaps even allowed) to publish the name.
OPs picture is from a short Indian "webseries" titled "{Ameena}," released in 2021 by a company called ShotFlix or ShotFlixApp.

As you can see, it's an "adult" webseries (well, not by Western standards), and OPs pic is at the beginning around mark 1:36 min into this stream. So, that's the source.
But I can't find the names of both actresses - it looks like they are kept secret!
1.) In the video footage, only the "male artist" is credited. No mention of the actresses, which I think is extremely rude! Or maybe it's a legal reason - maybe it's not allowed in India and it's for protection of the actresses?!? I don't know, I think it's disrespectful to the actresses.
2.) When you watch the trailer on YouTube, the names of the actresses do not appear:

And when you read the comments, the overwhelming question is: Who are the actresses? But there's no direct answer by the company account - they keep it a secret!
3.) Except for 1 answer: When someone asks for the cast, the weird answer is: "Please check in film credits on ShotFlix." But when you check there - nothing!!! :-(
4.) The same on the official facebook and on the official instagram of ShotFlix: nothing!!!
It's a joke. I tried pimeyes (restricted version) with a few screenshots of her face, but it's not conclusive and I give up. Good luck finding any official credit - I assume this question can only be solved if someone knows the actress from another movie...
