Need help finding movie and actress. The pic isn't from the movie.

Hi. I have been desperately trying to find an older scene that i absolutely used to love.
Please note the pic that i posted has nothing to do with the scene. I could not find any pic that was even close to the scene i am about to describe.

I will do my best to describe the scene in as much detail as i can:
The scene opens with a guy talking to a sexy girl wearing a bikini. He is telling her sex stories and she is touching herself. He tells her about when he and his male friend get pulled over by a hot redhead female cop. Both the men get out and start touching the female cop and they start to have sex. The men take turns fucking the cop, then one of them asks her if she wants to get fucked by both of them at the same time. He asks her if she can handle it and the cop says "yeah i think i can handle it". It was so hot how she said that. Then the scene goes back to the guy talking on the phone and the girl in the bikini asks him "you didn't both fuck her, did you mike?" while she was touching herself very aroused. The scene then goes back to the hot redhead now getting fucked by both guys at the same time. She was loving it. The girl cop had thick curly red hair.

I cannot remember for the life of me what movie this was from. But i would be so appreciative if anyone can tell me the name of the movie if it sounds familiar. I've searched google for more than a week using various versions of "female redhead cop dp classic scene" and i have found nothing even close.
