Where can I find more videos of the girl? Who is she? Where is the original video?

I saw this video on a forum recently. I couldn't find anything using image reverse search. Then, I tried to post the video on gfycat turns out there is already the same file with the same name. Other than that, I couldn't find more of her, including videos, pictures, or even social media. Hopefully, someone knows the source of this or other information. Thanks in advance.
