Background information to or longer version of this end 90ies/early 2000 clip

I recently found this clip on an old CDR in my collection and that disc was burned around 2000. CD still works fine, awesome :) So this is an old clip. I always asked myself, who is she, are there longer versions of this video, is there any background information. When trying to upload it now on xhamster, the file was marked as already uploaded, so here is the link. The original uploader is no longer active and so I can`t ask him...
