European TV show with a girl with glasses handing out newspapers naked for cash

I don't have a picture but I saw this probably 10, 15 years ago, it definitely seemed cut like a reality TV show. A dorky girl with glasses had to hand out a bunch of newspapers to strangers on a public street. Does anyone have this clip, or know what the show might be?
