What is the name of this film?

In this video, three women are shown into a sitting room. They start off with a discussion about handicapped people and how their disabilities impact their sex lives, than it abruptly transitions away. It seems to have been a serious film. The voiceover seems out of sync with the film. The only person mentioned by name is Vicki, who has polio and a fiancee, and seems to be the girl in the film. We see them in the shower, then cuddling in bed and then the film abruptly ends.
