Anyone know the Russian woman who sometimes does half nudity in public (vagina only)

I remember watching a few videos a while back with a Russian woman (I believe although it had English subtitles) who would be publically nude, showing off just her vagina. One such video is where she is at a Christmas party interviewing people while partially nude before finding another less confident woman who she begins to talk with and convince to be confident.
