Please help me find/identify a clip I saw a long time ago

Note: the photo is not from this video. I can't find any pictures or clips of it. Years ago, I saw a clip on some site that was a older man raping a young woman (maybe a producer raping an actress???) in an indoor hot tub / pool. There were two other women in the tub as well, and they helped restrain the victim while she was being r@ped. At the end of the scene the woman runs out of the house and runs into a guard, or valet, or something (maybe he or she was riding a bike???). She is wearing a jacket or gown or something like that and it's a bit revealing and is soaked (from not drying off after the pool?). The guard is angry about her running into him but is then concerned and then she runs away in shame. I think it was from a m@instre@m movie (as in not a porno) and it could have been foreign as I think I might remember it being in another language, but that could have been a dub of something that was originally in English. Could someone help me remember the name of this? Thanks in advance if you can help!
