How could one not notice the charming similarity of the positions of all three women... such consistency is eye-catching, and powerful. The other day, however, I recall watching a porn that had a woman in the same position, and I thought to myself, Just like in the Punish Tube ad. (This "having sex" camera angle is not unusual.)

I'm sure most would agree the similarity of positioning would not constitute enough proof that these videos did not originate from elsewhere. Now, if the set was exactly the same, then we could surmise the videos came from the same place.

I don't know what "Slut Roulette" is, but looks like the idea focuses on videos featuring sexy "chatroulette," (where one may interact with random people over text-chat, webcam and mic). We have that idea going with what the wondrous PornoExpertGuy has dug up, in the link below (although I don't know if "Slut Roulette" is an original producer, or whether they take videos that have been produced elsewhere, compiling them. Seems to me the latter.)

You are right PunishTube "borrowed" these, As far as I know there was originally one ad done for slutroulette with Jamie Jackson and given the success of that, two more ads were basically replicated with Teanna Trump and Carter Cruise.
In all 3 ads, the girls are holding hands on mouth while a clothed male does his thing from the back.
I don't have any sources but I'm fairly confident in this, so whoever confirms this should get the correct answer...

Porn ads are not usually created from scratch, especially when it's so easy to use existing scenes in the ads. We have run into many such examples in the archives here, where people ask about sources for porn ads, and the answers come from a wide spectrum of already-produced porn.

Unfortunately there is no video for this, there are similar ads with Jamie Jackson and Carter Cruise and all of these were shot exclusively for the advertisement.
