where can I find the video or movie

I can't find this video anywhere. it seems to have been completely wiped off of the face of the internet. I can't even find info about it, like the stars or the studio which has made it. there is a +16 sign on the bottom right, which I assume indicated this either is a part of a movie or a series that was aired on mainstream media. maybe that's why it's wiped and lost.
