What is the name of this model, 80s-90s?

That's was a collection of bubble-gam stickers. Most of the models were well recognized (like claudia schiffer etc), but this one is a total mystery. I had a lead that it might be elle mcpherson, but there are no similar shots.
That's late 80s to early 90s for sure, the photo is probably from some magazine photoshoot. Google/tineye gave no clues
