I found this on Reddit in the subreddit called PornID, but it never got answered. She has a tattoo on her right hand and another one near her shoulder. She's wearing what looks like a purple, lavender-gray spaghetti-strap bra. Her most visible tattoo appears to be the one on her forearm near her wrist; it looks like a rose.

When I saw the video, it didn't have audio because the subreddit only allows videos without sound. However, the video still had a mute button showing, which suggests that the original version may have included audio. My guess is that the caption was added by someone other than the original owner and that the video was reposted on Reddit and then someone saw it then asked about in the PornID subreddit.
