A name of 2000's (possibly late 90's) porn full length movie

Please help me unlock a core teen memory. I saw a porn movie on my dad's PC, in approximately 2006-2007. It had a woman going to see a doctor and he was drugging her and harassing her while she was a sleep. There were also a lot of different scenes she had fantasies about in her sleep, including a threesome 1F2M set in 1930's vintage car.
