What's the name of this retro movie ending with a big orgy?

There are lots of videos like these, "Retro is the best" and a number. They pretty much all have their titles and credits cut out though, which makes finding the source a pain. I think it may be Herschel Savage as the main male talent, but not 100%. Regardless it doesn't narrow it down much, since he's done a gazillion movies. Anyone knows where this is from?
