Anyone know this woman in blue raincoat while naked in many youtube video thumbnails?

Many youtube videos use a similar picture in their thumbnail even though the video does not contain this scene. There are other photos like this where the woman is also wearing the same transparent blue raincoat which were also used in thumbnails but mostly just as clickbait.
