Who is this teeny Girl?

There are two names in the picture "Minymary" and underneath it is a little harder to read "Anikalov". I can't find anything about her under Minymary. When I'm looking for Anikalov, I keep coming across collections of pictures where she's always there with this picture. But who is she now and where can I find more of her?
