I saw it on Boundhub a few years back and I've been thinking about it again lately, but now I can't find it anywhere. The above picture is from another video as I am not able to find even a picture of the one I'm looking for.

It is a BDSM video with one girl dominating another. I am about 90 % sure that the dom was Claire Irons. She was wearing a police badge hanging from her neck. The sub was brunette.
