Need help finding a video

I saw a video on http://cutscenes.net/. Unfortunately the site is now down so I cannot find it any more. It involved a female prisoner who had a metal hook inserted into her vagina. Then her arms were tied behind her and she was whipped by the guards. After that was done, they took her down, then moved over to a wheel and tied her to it. The video ended there. Does anyone know the video in question and where it came from?
