Is this part of a movie or a stand alone scene and when was it released?

I found this file and it was labeled "Re Dream". It took a lot of searching before I found the same clip with a different label. I know the actress is Gauge, but I'm trying to find out when it was released and if it is a stand alone scene or part of a movie. If it's a stand alone scene, what studio is it from? I like Gauge, so trying to correctly categorize the clip. I think it's hard to find, now, do to the title it was given. I have no idea where I even got it, tbh.
