Old scene or movie

To overcome my addiction, I need to find a
video from my childhood.
I've been searching for this video periodically since 2012.
When I was young, a friend showed me a video on his laptop.
It seemed like a scene from a movie or a standalone clip.
In the scene, a woman (I think she had beautiful white nails) and a man (I believe he was muscular) were making love in a house.
At the end of the scene, the woman swallowed everything, but then her husband (or boyfriend?) arrived, and the scene ended with something like her husband-boyfriend beating the man she was cheating with.
