I know it's Tori Black, I'm hoping to find the video it was sourced from.

The first instance I can find of this image was from a Twitter post back in 2015 from user @PerezPuh they tagged @MimeFreak and @misstoriblack. @misstoriblack twitter is no longer available. @MimeFreak has no media posts pre-dating 2017 and they don't seem to have been active on twitter since December 2023 based on their most recent likes and re-posts and lastly @PerezPuh doesn't seem to have been active on twitter since 2017 either.
