This gif is located on the gif site, Tenor. All other sources of it I can find are lower quality, so Tenor was likely the first place it was uploaded to. The gif is tagged with the word "Savvy", and searching Tenor for that tag brings up two other gifs of what looks to be the same girl making suggestive faces at the camera, so Savvy may be a username or a hint to her identity. The gif could have been cut from a private video that was never shared anywhere, but I'm hoping to find a source.
