Where can I watch this video

I saw this on a Instagram reel. Someone was using the video to promote something. A man stops three girls and shows he has something pink in his hand. The girls laugh and one grabs his hand. He then calls for the other 2 girls and they all walk away together holding hands. The language used seemed to be eastern European. Russian or czech maybe.
