Anyone knows what video this came from?

I first saw this video on Facebook believe it or not. I quickly downloaded it before it gets taken down. Months ago I took this screenshot to look for the source and I found it on Twitter but I forgot which account was it. I tried looking for it again using the screenshot but now I can't find it, I need help on either finding the original video or the twitter account that posted it.
