Please help with the name of this Elly Justin video!

Hi Guys! I'm a big fan of this model called Elly Justin/Adrianne Gold and I just found this before unseen video of her. I'd like to find the exact name or the studio of this video and source it, because this version is very bad quality and seems badly cropped.
