unable to load imagefap using TOR, details in details section. any suggestions?

I generally use a custom installation of Linux for browsing porn.
imagefap is banned in my country since like last 4-5 years. I have been using TOR to load/visit the imagefap.

Since almost a week now, I have been unable to load the site, and I am always getting timeout error. I used online services to visit it (like "hidemyass", and "unblocksource"). I have been able to visit the site using them, signifying the site itself is operational.

On TOR, I changed my identity a several times. That gave me locations in a few different states of: United States, Netherlands, and of some other European countries. But still, I always got a timeout error.

Is imagefap itself blocking the TOR IPs?
I would have continued to use the online/browser services, but they are extremely slow even without TOR, and there are pop-ups for every click/new page.

Any suggestions on how I can access imagefap using TOR?
Is there any mirror/proxy for that site?
PS: my custom installation of Linux doesnt support VPN.
