Hey! There is a Public Agent video I have seen years ago, It is basically the usual setup, he approaches the girl, talks to her for a bit then offers her money for a blowjob/sex - tho in this case the girl tried to grab the money and run. He caught up to her and made her blow him as compensation or he would go to the police, afterwards they drive somewhere and they have sex in and on the car thats all i remember.
