Looking for the source of this picture. i resized it (the original is too small)

I tried everything to find it's origins but with no luck. Something tells me it's from ATK or AMKingdom, but I'm not sure. It depicts a brunette girl wearing a white garter belt, black nylons. She's posing on a kitchen, and blowing a big bubblegum bubble or a balloon.
