Her name is Diana Mironenko (in Cyrillic Диана Мироненко) from Ukraine (apparently, she's well known in Ukraine as a public persona). She works as a photomodel and participated (successfully) in pageants around the world, but has/had dozens of other, different jobs over the years. She's not a pornstar - I assume she never did any porn.

OPs picture was originally taken by Ukrainian photographer and artist Svitlana Sokolova aka Svetlana Sokolova (in cyrillic Светлана Соколова) - you can find it on her profile on ShutterStock.

Unfortunately, the model is not credited on ShutterStock - but my extensive image search led to Diana Mironenko. Since she did many other pics for ShutterStock, you can find her everywhere online in printed ads, online banners, and in thumbnails for video clips - but it's difficult to find her name.
