Source video and the girl's name wanted

All I found so far is thumbnails/screenshots and the dead filesharing links on Vipergirls and a couple other sites. Aside from video's specs, not much is known. She is probably a stickam model (judging from the logo on bottom left). Video first surfaced in 2012 and was reuploaded several times, so maybe someone has it?
