Anyone recognize the girl or the scene from this poor quality photo?

I have searched without success so I turn to the masterminds here instead. I know the picture quality is very poor but perhaps someone could recognize something from it. The pink logo in the bottom left could be a clue, I also know that the scene is from 2014 or earlier. I'm pretty sure she's a masseuse in this scene.
