I have been wondering for years. Who is this "fucktastic" girl?

I first saw this video on Keezmovies about 7-10 years ago. Even in the comments there people were talking about who might she be. I downloaded the video and came across it a few days ago and started to search the internet. But I couldn't find anything.

So do you guys know who she is? Or even the production company would suffice. I can trace back from there.
