Does anyone know who this is?

I saw this picture on a what seems to be a fake premium. There's other content but it all looks like they downloaded it from somewhere else. I'm wondering if anyone has seen her anywhere as I'm pretty interested. She's got content however I can't find it sense I have no idea who she is. Any leads would be great!
