I was able to retrace the image back to a 4chan archive called the "Creepshot thread", and based on the other images, it seems like someone just took a picture of her and posted it. I don't think this picture was taken purposefully, meaning she didn't ask someone to take it. Idk how long 4chan has been around but people have been using it forever so here's the link to the thread, the image is not that far for scrolling. clervernamereport
