Where can I find this movie? Read the description

I'm looking for a movie mot likely from early 2000's, where the scenes are something like that:

1 - A long haired guy is at a pool side and fucks two girls, it's a threesome scene, one of them is brunette and probably the other one is a blonde
2 - This happens in the same house, but inside it. A guy fucks a blonde, probably medium/short-haired blonde on the couch, I remember she asking "isn't your friend going to be mad?" and the guy responded with "no, he lended me the house" or something like that.
3 - This is where my memory starts to fail, but if I remember correctly, this happens in the same house, on the same couch from the scene 2. It's a threesome scene, but with 2 guys and one brunette girl. I don't remember much more.
4 - I think that is the last scene, it begins with a pillow figt between a brunette girl and a guy, then he put her on his shoulders and fucks her upstairs.
