White (bridal?) lingerie with the panties being pulled down.

This one has gone mostly unanswered on other sites and appears to be a mystery. It's a post I found through random googling, but no matter how much I reverse image search I can never get close to finding it. The black and white is no doubt just some tumblr filter choice from whoever made it into a gif, but I've never found it in full color before either.
