Her name is Anita Skita aka Skita Anita (in Hungarian, the first and last name are often reversed in comparison to English), here in a scene originally shot by independent Hungarian porn company Activ Studio in 2006 or prior.
It was released by Activ Studio as scene 2 on the compilation Extreme Fuck Vol 2, but I'm not sure if this was the first release ever. Because it seems the video and the pictures from this shoot were licensed and sold to many other websites around Europe - and they put their own label on it.

Finding her name was very difficult (it took me 2 days now...), because she's not credited on screen and this scene was licensed very often. Other users online found the name "Irma":

I finally found her name via pimeyes (restricted version), after making hundreds of screenshots and checking all kinds of blurry thumbnails. One of these thumbnails led me to the name Anita Skita - and the name itself led me to the compilation released by Activ Studio:
