As for the video, you'd think this one would be one of the most popular episodes because of the blondpower, and thus would be circulating easily, but there seems to be a lock and key on it.

Siterips do not make it available, as with the following examples:

I see there are torrents for "mega packs," where the details of which episodes have been included are not always revealed. But they have probably used the episodes from the siterips, so I have a feeling you won't find Jenny's Party  within those packs, either.
