The (account) name of this couple on tumblr is/was Sir-hiskitten-andacamera ("Sir, His Kitten, and a Camera"). As far as I know, their individual names were never revealed by them; they refered to themselves as Sir (him) and Kitten (her) in their posts.

They posted pictures, short gifs and a few vines, starting around August 2015 until they literally broke up with tumblr and deleted the account around 2017. I don't know what happened after that...
