Unfortunately, CommandoXFilms, we don't know which movie the cover photo represents. We begin with:
"The House of the Red Dragon" (1969)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0220542/combined
Judging by the plot description, I don't believe the photo represents that movie.
The feel of the magazine tells us "Late 1960s," as well as the release date of the above movie. The highlighted title to the bottom left of the cover is "The Sex Slaves." I can't find a exploitation movie by that name.
There's one called, "Confessions of the Sex Slaves":
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0124180/combined
(Reading the user reviews, it sounds familiar and I think I might have seen it. Delightfully sleazy. If it's the movie I'm thinking of, definitely not this one.)
Then:
"Triangle of Venus," A.K.A. "Sex Slaves"
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077739/combined
Both are German movies and are from the late Seventies, so they are out of the running. (Naturally, a movie could be shot in the late Sixties and released years later, or re-released years later under a different title, but I don't believe either possibility exists, here.)
Three other movie titles are listed to the upper left of the cover photo, underneath "Two Caveman Films," so the photo could represent one of those.
On the other hand, magazines such as this would put up a photo that was unrelated to any references from the text on the cover. So the photo could be from some completely different movie.
There is not even a reference for the magazine that I could find. A movie magazine called "Close-Up" is referred to, with publication dates 1927-1933.
I suppose your real question needs to be, "Which movie does this photo represent"? Anyone who can answer that may then provide the tools to track down pictures or the video.
