Her name is Karinahh aka Karina Hamburg, here with Egon Kowalski (the guy behind her in OPs pic) and another guy (on the left) in a scene originally titled Voll krass im pornokino, released on her account on platform MyDirtyHobby (MDH) in December 2014.
The full duration of this scene is 6:18 min - at least according to the official upload page on MDH! Unfortunately, I can't find any "free" streaming and/or download link for this specific release right now. I can't even find broken links for this scene with this duration - it seems it was never leaked by anyone in the past... :-(
Or, it could be that the duration on the official website is wrong, and this release is in fact 5:14 min long - based on this clean, label-free screencapture:
Right now, I can't say what's correct - but until anyone finds a "free" working link of this specific release, this question can't be answered accurately.
