The first link above is from College Rules' own site, so we would need to accept that as trustworthy. We can see they gave the episode with the wild party scene the name of "Girls Just Want To Have Fun," dated: May 05, 2011.

On the other hand, these two pages that are after I.D.s of the actresses (they pegged two, Izzybella Blue and Valerie Kay) in the scene:
