Okay, let's do a little "side-by-side" comparison.

In the first picture we see Allison Evers in the CollegeRules scene you mentioned.

Second picture is our original "Busty girl with glasses" (the one who we are trying to ID here) in that Daredorm scene, which according to you was filmed around the same time.

Third one is "Lilli" from MFC

I believe it's pretty safe to say it's NOT Allison Evers. Notice the whole face structure (cheek bones, nose) and the eyebrows. The "Busty girl with glasses" is also considerably larger than Allison.

On top of that, I think we can agree that Lilli and our "Busty girl with glasses", look very much a like, to say the least. And even wear exactly the same brand of glasses. Coincidence? ;)

IF we do agree that Lilli is indeed the same person, notice the rather big tattoo on her shoulder - a tattoo that Allison, definitely does not have. It's also pretty interesting that our "Busty girl with glasses" is wearing a shirt which exactly covers the shoulder during the entire scene.
